Introduction of CGA
For your long term professional growth and to maximize your career
opportunities you might consider planning toward the Certified General
Accountant (CGA) professional designation. Taking the 3-year Accountancy
Diploma at Humber is a good start toward the CGA. Because the CGA requires
a university degree Humber has provided a link for you with the CGA
Association and the University of Calgary to gain a bachelor of accounting
science degree (BAccS), at the same time as you are pursuing a
professional certification. Following this program you can become a
Certified General Accountant (CGA) within three to four years of
graduation from Humber.
