MISSISSAUGA MANDARIN ASSOCIATION | The Mississauga Mandarin Association (MMA) is formed as a non-profit organization by a number of Mandarin speaking enthusiasts who are desirous to assist the Mandarin Chinese people to build their better lives here in Canada. MMA itself will not involve into any political, religious and racial activities. Mississauga Mandarin Association, have been formally registered at the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations of Ontario since August 20, 1999, as a non-profit, incorporated organization. | OBJECTIVES | - To represent the Mandarin Chinese Canadians for those who are residing in the western areas of the Mega City including Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Guelph, Hamilton, Brampton and Milton, to act on their behalf to express constructive opinions regarding the Canadian legislation which may bring impacts to their current and future lives.
- To take care of our senior members.
- To create various channels of communications for all member families in order to strengthen their social lives and encourage our community harmony.

- To promote bilateral collaborations between Canada and China in respect of economic and cultural exchanges, etc.
- To establish cooperation with other Canadian organization which are working on objectives being compatible to our association.
- To create and to organize as much as possible the healthiest and interesting activities, including the cultural events, such as China Movie Shows; leisured and habitual classes for adults and children, such as drawing and sketching; family day programs, such as Casino tour, picnic and sports fishing, and so on.
| OUR RULES | - Anyone who wants to become a member must be the Canadian citizen or the landed immigrant and is willing to accept and obey the local law, not to behave any thing which may be harmful to the reputation of the association.
- Be adored to the Chinese culture and to actively participate our programmes.
- To tender the membership fee which supports our association.
